1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the “New Markets Stabilization Act”.
A BILL
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain improvements to the new markets tax credit, and for other purposes.
“(G) $3,500,000,000 for each of calendar years 2010 through 2018,
“(H) $4,000,000,000 for calendar year 2019,
“(I) $7,000,000,000 for calendar year 2020,
“(J) $6,500,000,000 for calendar year 2021, and
“(K) $5,500,000,000 for calendar year 2022.”
“(vii) the credit determined under section 45D to the extent attributable to qualified equity investments originally issued after the date of the enactment of this clause,”
