Section 1 Authorization of appropriations

Section 4018(g) of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(3) Authorization of appropriations—In addition to the amounts made available under paragraph (1), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2020 and each fiscal year thereafter.”
