Section 117(j) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1267(j)) is amended by striking “$40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2005” and inserting “$90,000,000 for fiscal year 2020, 2021, $90,500,000 for fiscal year 2021, 2022, $91,000,000 for fiscal year 2022, 2023, $91,500,000 for fiscal year 2023, 2024, and $92,000,000 for fiscal year 2024”.2025”.
