Section 1 Short title; table of contents; effective date

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Protecting Our Children’s Future Act of 2019”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Effective date— Unless specifically provided for otherwise in this Act, the amendments made by this Act shall take effect immediately before noon on January 3, 2021.
