Recognizing and commemorating the bicentennial of the State of Illinois.

recognizes the bicentennial of the founding of the State of Illinois, as well as the past and current residents of Illinois for their significant contributions to the economic, social, and cultural development of the United States; and

respectfully requests that the Secretary of the Senate transmit a copy of this resolution to the Governor of Illinois.
