That the Senate— ⋯ (1) recognizes January 28, 2017, as “National Data Privacy Day”; and ⋯ (2) encourages governments, individuals, privacy professionals, educators, corporations, and other relevant organizations to take steps to protect the privacy of individuals. ⋯
