Pershing County Economic Development and Conservation Act

To promote conservation, improve public land management, and provide for sensible development in Pershing County, Nevada, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Pershing County Economic Development and Conservation Act”.
(b)
Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definitions

In this Act:
(1)
County— The term “County” means Pershing County, Nevada.
(2)
Secretary— The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
(3)
State— The term “State” means the State of Nevada.
(4)
Wilderness area— The term “wilderness area” means a wilderness area designated by section 301(a).
