To promote energy savings in residential buildings and industry, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definition of Secretary

In this Act, the term Secretary means the Secretary of Energy.
