AN ACT

To maximize discovery, and accelerate development and availability, of promising childhood cancer treatments, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Childhood Cancer Survivorship, Treatment, Access, and Research Act of 2018” or the “Childhood Cancer STAR Act”.
