Federal Aviation Administration Veterans’ Preference Protection Act

A BILL

To apply the provisions of title 5, United States Code, related to veterans' preference to the Federal Aviation Administration personnel management system, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Federal Aviation Administration Veterans’ Preference Protection Act”.

Sec. 2 Application of veterans' preference to Federal Aviation Administration personnel management system

Section 40122(g)(2)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
(1)
by inserting “3304(f),” before “3308-3320”; and
(2)
by inserting “3330a, 3330b, 3330c, and 3330d,” before “relating”.
