A BILL
To amend the Financial Stability Act of 2010 to modify the requirements of stress tests.
Sec. 2 Enhanced supervision and prudential standards for nonbank financial companies supervised by the Board of Governors and certain bank holding companies
Section 165(i)(2)(A) of the Financial Stability Act of 2010 (12 U.S.C. 5365(i)) is amended—
in the first sentence, by striking “semiannual” and inserting “periodic”; and
in the second sentence—
by striking “$10,000,000,000” and inserting “$50,000,000,000”; and
by striking “annual” and inserting “periodic”.
