That the House of Representatives expresses its sincere appreciation and deep gratitude to—

(1)

Mark E. Miller for his distinguished public service and professional assistance to the United States Congress; and

(2)

the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission for its 20 years of professionalism and dedication in its assistance in shaping Medicare policy.
