That the House of Representatives—
urges the President to honor his duties under article II of the Constitution to take care that the laws be faithfully executed by—
ensuring cost sharing reduction payments under the Affordable Care Act are paid;
enforcing the individual shared responsibility provisions under the Affordable Care Act;
working with States and insurers to make sure that consumers everywhere have options; and
providing adequate funding for healthcare.gov and for outreach and grants to Navigators under the Affordable Care Act; and
discourages the President from using executive actions to undermine the Affordable Care Act.
