That the House of Representatives—
recognizes the critical shortage of mental health professionals working for the Department of Veterans Affairs; and
calls on the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to exercise the authority under 38 U.S.C. 7405 to prioritize the hiring of mental health professionals.
