To eliminate certain tax breaks and benefits and use the savings for investment in affordable housing for extremely low- and very low-income families, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Stronger, Healthier Environment for Low-Income Tenants and Economic Renewal Act of 2018” or the “SHELTER Act of 2018”.
