To provide for reform and reorganization of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “FEMA Modernization Act of 2018”.

Administrator— The term Administrator means the Administrator of FEMA.

FEMA— The term FEMA means the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
