Achieving Independence through Degrees Act

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to increase the maximum Federal Pell Grant amount, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This section may be cited as the “Achieving Independence through Degrees Act” or the “AID Act”.
