This Act may be cited as the “District of Columbia Home Rule Non-Discrimination Act of 2018”.

A BILL
To amend the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 to eliminate the applicability of such Act to the District of Columbia.
Sec. 2 Elimination of applicability of Religious Freedom Restoration Act to the District of Columbia
Paragraph (2) of section 5 of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (42 U.S.C. 2000bb–2(2)) is amended by striking “the District of Columbia,” and the comma after “Puerto Rico”.
