To reinstate the final rule issued by the Social Security Administration entitled Implementation of the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007.
Sec. 2 Reinstatement of rule
Notwithstanding Public Law 115–8 and chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, the final rule issued by the Social Security Administration entitled “Implementation of the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007” (published at 81 Fed. Reg. 91702 (December 19, 2016)) shall be deemed to have force and effect as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
