This Act may be cited as the “MadeInAmerica.gov Act”.

A BILL
To require the creation and maintenance of a MadeInAmerica.gov website.
Sec. 2 Made in America website
Website creation— Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Commerce shall create and maintain a “MadeInAmerica.gov” website where consumers can find information about products that are made in America.
Regulations— The Secretary shall issue such regulations as are necessary to implement this Act.
