The Virgin Islands of the United States Centennial Commission Act (Public Law 114–224) is amended—

in section 4, 7(b), by adding at the end the following new subsection:striking “January 31, 2018” and inserting “January 31, 2019”; and
removed
“(i) Failure To appoint—If the Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States or the designee of the Governor declines to make or does not make the appointment of a member by the deadline described under subsection (c), that member shall be appointed by the Delegate to the House of Representatives from the United States Virgin Islands.”
