Section 1 Repeal of conflict mineral requirements
In general— Subsection (p) of section 13 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m) is hereby repealed.
Conforming amendments— The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.) is amended—
by striking section 1502; and
in the table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act, by striking the item relating to section 1502.
