A BILL

To repeal the Department of Agriculture bioenergy subsidy programs and other related subsidy programs.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Farewell to Unnecessary Energy Lifelines Reform Act of 2017” or “FUEL Reform Act”.

Sec. 2 Repeal of Department of Agriculture bioenergy subsidy programs and other related subsidy programs

Title IX of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (Public Law 113–79; 7 U.S.C. 8101 et seq.), as amended by title IX of the Agricultural Act of 2014 (Public Law 113–79; 128 Stat. 926), is repealed.
