AN ACT

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to make certain improvements in the laws administered by the Secretary of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Department of Homeland Security Authorization Act” or the “DHS Authorization Act”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 References

Except as expressly provided otherwise, any reference to “this Act” contained in any division of this Act shall be treated as referring only to the provisions of that division.
