Section 1
Section 1202 of Public Law 111–152, 124 Stat. 1056, is amended by adding a new subsection (c) to read as follows:
“(c) Years after 2017—For fiscal years 2018, 2019, and each subsequent year, the Secretary shall allocate to each territory an amount that is not less than the amount provided the territory in 2017 under subsections (a) and (b) of this section.”
