To reauthorize the programs and activities of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Sec. 2 Reauthorization of federal emergency management agency
“(4) for fiscal year 2018, $1,049,000,000;
“(5) for fiscal year 2019, $1,065,784,000; and
“(6) for fiscal year 2020, $1,082,836,544.”
Sec. 3 Comprehensive study of disaster costs and losses
Sec. 4 National domestic preparedness consortium
“(1) for the Center for Domestic Preparedness—
“(A) $63,939,000 for fiscal year 2018;
“(B) $64,962,024 for fiscal year 2019; and
“(C) $66,001,416 for fiscal year 2020; and
“(2) for the members referred to in paragraphs (2) through (7) of subsection (b)—
“(A) $101,000,000 for fiscal year 2018;
“(B) $102,606,000 for fiscal year 2019; and
“(C) $104,247,856 for fiscal year 2020.”
