This Act may be cited as the “Small Community Transit Improvement Act of 2017”.
Small Community Transit Improvement Act of 2017
A BILL
To amend title 49, United States Code, with respect to apportionments to small transit intensive cities, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Apportionments
Section 5336(h)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
“(3) of amounts not apportioned under paragraphs (1) and (2), 3.0 percent shall be apportioned to urbanized areas with populations of less than 200,000 in accordance with subsection (i);”
