That the Senate—

(1)

welcomes King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain during their visit to the United States; and

(2)

expresses its appreciation for the efforts of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia to strengthen the bonds between the people and Governments of the United States and Spain.
