That it is the sense of the Senate that—
the 4 goals of the National Strategic Agenda are to—
create 25,000,000 new jobs over the next 10 years;
balance the Federal budget by 2030;
secure Medicare and Social Security for the next 75 years; and
make the United States energy secure by 2024;
the Senate should strive to create, debate, and adopt policy solutions to achieve the 4 goals of the National Strategic Agenda to address the national interest and priorities represented by the agenda; and
in achieving success toward the National Strategic Agenda, the goal of the Senate should be to reach solutions through—
collaboration, not division;
mutual respect, not partisan bickering; and
a commitment to honor the public duty of the Senate to the United States as a body of representatives elected by people across the United States.
