To establish tax, regulatory, and legal structure in the United States that encourages small businesses to expand and innovate, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Small Business Bill of Rights”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of the contents of this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definitions

In this Act—

(1)

the terms Administration and Administrator mean the Small Business Administration and the Administrator thereof; and

(2)

the term small business concern has the meaning given the term in section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632).
