To provide certain assistance for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Puerto Rico Humanitarian Relief and Reconstruction Act”.

In this Act, the term “Commonwealth” means the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
