Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Water in the 21st Century Act” or “W21”.

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

In this Act, the term Administrator means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
