Section 1 Extension of credit for new qualified fuel cell motor vehicles

(a)

In general— Paragraph (1) of section 30B(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking “December 31, 2016” and inserting “December 31, 2018”.

(b)

Effective date— The amendment made by this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31, 2016.
