A BILL

To amend title 5, United States Code, to require that the Department of Labor be a covered agency for purposes of regulatory flexibility analyses, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Main Street Input Opportunity Act of 2016”.

Sec. 2 Department of Labor required to conduct regulatory flexibility analyses

Section 609(d)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:

“(3) the Department of Labor.”
