A BILL

To amend the Trade Act of 1974 to increase the authorization of funds for trade adjustment assistance for firms.

This Act may be cited as the “Displaced Jobs Relief Act of 2015”.

Section 255(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2345(a)) is amended—

(1)

by striking “$16,000,000” and inserting “$50,000,000”; and

(2)

by striking “2015” and inserting “2016”.
