Small Business Growth Through Exports Act of 2016

A BILL

To amend the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 to extend and expand the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) Grant Program.

This Act may be cited as the “Small Business Growth Through Exports Act of 2016”.

Section 1207 of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 (15 U.S.C. 649b note) is amended—

(1)

in subsection (i), by striking “2013” and inserting “2016, and $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019”; and

(2)

in subsection (j), by striking “3” and inserting “6”.
