AN ACT

To reform and improve the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Office of Emergency Communications, and the Office of Health Affairs of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Promoting Resilience and Efficiency in Preparing for Attacks and Responding to Emergencies Act” or the “PREPARE Act”.
