A BILL

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to promote innovation, investment, and research in the United States, and for other purposes.

This Act may be cited as—

(1)

the “Entrepreneurial Businesses Creating Jobs Act of 2015”; or

(2)

the “EB-JOBS Act of 2015”.
