Section 1 Timely availability of items adopted by vote of the Commission
Amendment— Section 4 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 154) is amended by adding at the end the following:

“(p) Not later than 24 hours after adopting a provision that will appear in In the Code of Federal Regulations, or an amendment to or repeal case of a provision any item that appears in the Code is adopted by vote of Federal Regulations, the Commission, the Commission shall publish on the Internet website of the Commission the text of the provision adopted or repealed, or the text indicating how such item not later than 24 hours after the provision is being amended, as Secretary of the case may be.”Commission has received dissenting statements from all Commissioners wishing to submit such a statement with respect to such item.”

Effective date— The amendment made by this section shall apply with respect to a provision, or an amendment to or repeal of a provision, item that is adopted after the date that is 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
