AN ACT

To facilitate a pro-growth environment for the developing commercial space industry by encouraging private sector investment and creating more stable and predictable regulatory conditions, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents; references

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act”.

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

References to title 51, United States Code— Except as otherwise expressly provided, wherever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of title 51, United States Code.
