Sec. 4 Threats against former vice presidents

changed Section 879 879(a)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—amended by striking “section 3056(a)(6)” and inserting “paragraph (6) or (8) of section 3056(a)”.

Sec. 12 Establishment of Ethics Program Office

changed Subject to the oversight of the Office of Chief Counsel of the United States Secret Service, the Director of the Secret Service shall establish an Ethics Program Office, consisting of a minimum of 2 two employees, to administer the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978, as amended, and to provide increased training to employees of the United States Secret Service.
