added It is the sense of Congress that the United States Government should—

(1)

added use all of the lawful tools at its disposal to bring Warren Weinstein home to his family;

(2)

added make the return of all United States citizens held captive abroad, regardless of their different circumstances, a top priority; and

(3)

added keep Congress apprised of actions to achieve these goals as new information is available, or quarterly if no new information is available.
