CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

That it is the sense of Congress that the Chained Consumer Price Index should not be used—
(1)
to calculate cost of living adjustments for Social Security benefits or benefits for disabled veterans and their survivors; or
(2)
to increase the tax burden on low- and middle-income taxpayers.
