Sec. 2 Definitions
In this Act:

Sec. 3 Alaska subsistence use cabin and temporary structure special use land use fees
changed
The maximum amount of the land use fee for the issuance of a special use permit issued by the Secretary of Agriculture for the use and occupancy of National Forest System land for a covered cabin or temporary structure shall be not more than $250.
