Sec. 2 Sandia Pueblo Settlement technical amendment
Section 413(b) of the T’uf Shur Bien Preservation Trust Area Act (16 U.S.C. 539m–11(b)) is amended—
“(6) Failure to exchange

“(A) In general—If the land exchange authorized under paragraph (1) is not completed by the date that is 90 30 days after the date of enactment of this paragraph, the Secretary, on receipt of consideration under subparagraph (B) and at the request of the Pueblo and the Secretary of the Interior, shall transfer the National Forest land generally depicted as Land to be Held in Trust on the map entitled Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act and dated December 7, 2011, October 18, 2013, to the Secretary of the Interior to be held in trust by the United States for the Pueblo, subject to the condition that the land remain as open space, with the natural characteristics of the land to be preserved in perpetuity.Pueblo—

“(B) Consideration—In consideration for “(i) subject to the National Forest restriction enforced by the Secretary of the Interior that the land remain undeveloped, with the natural characteristics of the land to be held preserved in trust under subparagraph (A), the Pueblo shall—perpetuity; and

“(i) convey to the Secretary the La Luz tract; and“(ii) consistent with subsection (c).

“(ii) pay to “(B) Other transfers—After the transfer under subparagraph (A) is complete, the Secretary of the amount that is equal to Interior, with the difference between—consent of the Pueblo, shall—

“(I) the amount that is equal to the fair market value of the National Forest land, as subject “(i) transfer to the condition that the National Forest land remain as open space, Secretary, consistent with the natural characteristics of the land to be preserved in perpetuity; andsection 411(c)—

“(II) “(I) the amount that is equal to La Luz tract generally depicted on the sum of—map entitled Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act and dated October 18, 2013; and

“(aa) the amount of compensation owed to the Pueblo by the Secretary for “(II) the right-of-way and conservation easement on for the Piedra Lisa tract under subsection (c)(2); generally depicted on the map entitled Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act and dated October 18, 2013; and

“(bb) the amount that is equal “(ii) grant to the fair market value of Secretary a right-of-way for the La Luz tract.Piedra Lisa Trail within the Piedra Lisa tract generally depicted on the map entitled Sandia Pueblo Settlement Technical Amendment Act and dated October 18, 2013.”
