To reauthorize Federal-aid highway and highway safety construction programs, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “MAP–21 Reauthorization Act”.

In this Act, the following definitions apply:

Department— The term Department means the Department of Transportation.

(2)

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.
