That upon the adoption of this resolution the House shall be considered to have taken from the Speaker’s table the bill, H.R. 3304, with the Senate amendments thereto, and to have—
concurred in the Senate amendment to the title;
concurred in the first three Senate amendments to the text of the bill; and
concurred in the fourth Senate amendment to the text of the bill with the following amendment:
In lieu of striking the matter proposed to be stricken on page 3, line 9, by the amendment of the Senate to the text of the bill, strike “requested” on page 3, line 9, and insert the following:
Acts of valor described— The acts of valor referred to in subsection (a) are the actions of then Specialist Four Donald P. Sloat of the United States Army serving with 3rd Platoon, Delta Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Infantry, 196th Light Infantry Brigade, Americal Division on January 17, 1970, during the Vietnam Conflict.
