calls on recognizes the Government of initial steps Burma has taken in transitioning from a military dictatorship to end all forms a quasi-civilian government, including the conditional release of persecution some political prisoners, and discrimination calls for more progress to be made in critical areas of the Rohingya people democracy, constitutional reform, and ensure respect for internationally recognized human rights national reconciliation in order for all ethnic and religious minority groups within Burma; andBurma to achieve its own goal of political liberalization;
