Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Stopping Tax Offenders and Prosecuting Identity Theft Act of 2013” 2014” or the “STOP Identity Theft Act of 2013”.2014”.
Sec. 5 Reporting requirement
added Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committees on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report that contains the following information:

Generally— Beginning with the first report made more than 9 months after the date of the enactment of this Act under section 1116 of title 31, United States Code, the Attorney General shall include in such report the information described in subsection (b) of this section as to progress in implementing this Act and the amendments made by this Act.
