Sec. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Act, the following definitions apply:

(1)

changed District— The term ~~District~~ “District” means the Tucson Unified School District, a school district recognized as such under the laws of the State of Arizona.

(2)

changed Map— The term ~~map~~ “map” means the map titled “PYT Land Department” and dated January 15, 2013.

(3)

changed Secretary— The term ~~Secretary~~ “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.

(4)

changed Tribe— The term ~~Tribe~~ “Tribe” means the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, a federally recognized Indian tribe.
